Returns and Exchanges
Refund policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. If you find any item defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will accept faulty goods within 7 days of receiving your item. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs to have the item returned to us. We will either replace or refund depending on stock availability.
Can I exchange size:
If you have made a wrong size choice - we can exchange the item - however you will be responsible for returning the item to us and also paying for the shipping of the new size to be sent back to you.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
As a rule of thumb, we are also unable to accept returns on the following (unless faulty)
Underwear, lingerie and swimwear
What to do if your item is faulty or damaged:
Sometimes it happens, and we’ll do our best to get the issue fixed up for you as soon as possible!
Firstly, we ask that you get in touch with our Customer Service Team with images of the suspected fault, a detailed description of the situation and any other helpful information so that we can assess the issue and take the necessary steps to either get the item repaired, replaced, or refunded within 7 days of receiving your order.
We do not have a retail store where you can stop by, which means all returns must be posted back to us.
